The 1st time John and I explored Paris together was in April 2004.
It was 4 months after we met, we both had previous planned trips to Europe and decided to coordinate our itineraries so they would cross for 2 days in Paris.
Our 1st weekend getway! 
In 2008, we flew in and out of Croatia using Air France.
We were required to have a "forced overnight" in Paris, with very little time to spare
we checked into the Hotel Ibis at CDG and then caught the RER into Paris...
We didn't want to catch our flight home the next day,
because no matter how much time you have in Paris...it's always magical!
